I've done all of the troubleshooting and it (TV & internet) comes back for awhile and then it's the same message. What causes this? It's more than annoying. We've had Uverse for less than 2 weeks and I already hate it.Switch to a different HDMI input. 1. Disconnect the device from the current HDMI input on the TV and move it to a different HDMI input. 2. Whenever you have a power failure you must explicitly reboot the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.) . That's because the dvr can reboot much faster than the gateway can. So when power is restored dvr tries to reboot but gateway isn't yet ready (not yet finished rebooting). Dvr needs the gateway to access att to "log in" during it's reboot.The Uverse content will come from your existing gateway that you use for Gigapower.
