This issue isn't strictly down to uBlock Origin, it's more to do with the Twitch devs catching up, coming up with new ways to ensure they make more money. It is fair enough really, their website, their adverts. We are going to run through a few possible fixes to get rid of these 30-second adverts. I'm currently using TTV LOL PRO on Chrome as well as performing the directions from the "Applying a Script (uBlock Origin)" section of the TwitchAdSolutions GitHub. This combination is working well for me so far. I'm using alternate player for twitch.tv.I love to just get on twitch and block some ads. Sometimes before work i'll get a quick ad blocking session in. Block a few ads on lunch break. Really whenever I can find the time. The best part is twitch shoves so many ads down your throat that I have no shortage of ads to block. It's pure euphoria.
