May 15, 2011. #1. I use one of the upper aft cleats on my 34PC for a spring line that runs towards the bow at my dock. The spring line, over time, has rubbed off about 1/2" of the black imron stripe that runs adjacent to the cleat (including the grey primer that was underneath the black imron paint).
