For example files in Mods>CAS>Upper Body would still show up but if you add an extra folder Mods>CAS>Upper Body>Swimsuits then the game will no longer recognize it. I'd say stick to 10-15 sub-folders at most. Maybe instead of having subfolders, look into merging your custom content instead. Creating merged files out of my custom content works better for me. I tried more than 20 folders and it made my computer lag pretty bad.Mine is 3.18 GB for 957 files.
