Well I have yet another question about my 2000 Ford F150 xlt with the 4.2l v-6. I have power door locks on my truck. Every since I bought the truck the passenger side door would not lock. I knew it was probably the actuator and I just never fixed it. The power door lock on the driver side always worked fine.Remove the inner door skin and plastic. Reach inside and disconnect the link rod between the actuator and lock. Pry the actuator out of it's saddle.. no need to remove saddle from the door. Install new actuator and reinstall link rod.
