Let me start by saying I really wanted this to be better. I feel bad giving Edley's Bar-B-Que 2 stars, but facts are facts. The first time I tried Edley's was in July while my wife and I were on vacation in Tennessee. We tried their restaurant in Nashville. I had no idea there was one within 10 minutes of my home.
