Cobweb mold vs mycelium

so i noticed some mycelium growing but then i looked closer and it seemed to look sorta grey so i sprayed it with peroxide (3%) and it was gone, but around 3 or 4 days later i noticed it was back and in the exact same spot and in the same shape, that was around a day ago and now its doubled in size. obviously signs of it being mold but this is my first ….
