I thankfully do not have any prescriptions but there's been numerous complaining about the nosedive in customer service and basic timeliness.Was shocked to get a call from Bartells pharmacy, I figured it was the automated system but answered anyway and was connected to a tech. Was informed all of my prescriptions were transferred to UVillage Bartells. Asked if she could transfer to a different pharmacy that wouldn’t be closing and was told no, have a nice day.
