As the title states, the ONT will randomly turn off, and in order for me to restore TV and internet, I have to unplug the ONT from the wall, unplug the battery backup, plug the battery backup in again, then plug the ONT into the wall. I have had THREE technicians out this week, each stating they fixed the problem.Multiple times daily : r/Fios. FiOS TV One STB constantly resetting itself. Multiple times daily.
