Kahr is striker fired with a long (but very smooth) DA trigger and polymer frame. The Sig has a hammer, a single action trigger, and an aluminum alloy frame. (The Kahr slide is more difficult to rack than the Sig, if ... Went with the Micro 9. My buddy has the P938, likes it as well. The Sig has an external extractor and two-piece guide rod, but otherwise they are the same gun other than aesthetics. The guide rod is known to dismember and fly forward without warning. To me the Kimber is infinitely more attractive.
