Ok update on the 2017 Cadillac ATS 2.0T, picked it up this morning. They flushed the transmission then filled it with the synthetic like the GM SB 18-NA-355 says to. Forums generally attract a high number of owners with. problems. 2013 had some engine problems. The first 3-4 years had CUE screen problems.Thanks for the information. There's a bulletin, PIE0269, for the ATS, XTS, SRX, and CTS, for memory/power seat issues. It instructs dealers to contact engineers listed in a bulletin before replacing any components. My guess is that it's therefore a software issue that the dealer should be able to correct. ….
