Pull the tail lights and flush-out the inside of the rear fender wells and soak with Fluid Film, etc. every year. I wouldn't use bedliner on the frame. The frame is cupped on the bottom edges from the factory along that area for extra strength. The problem is, that cupping design captures debris and holds it.
